Methodology

Johnson & Lawrence pursues a collaborative approach to all of our projects. We work closely with all the impacted stakeholders within the organization to identify their business objectives, priorities, resources, and constraints, and to optimize the resolution to the problem being addressed. The result of this approach is twofold: a solution that maximizes the benefits to all, and a solution that provides the client with staff buy-in and a vested interest in its successful implementation.

The other facet of our methodology relates to our end results. An integral part of our approach is to create tools that support the client in its implementation of our findings and recommendations. While our final findings, plans, and recommendations may be brilliant, unless they are accompanied by practical tools that will be effective in the client's organization, we risk having our recommendations sit on bookshelves. We therefore take the final step of identifying and creating with the client those tools that will be most effective in their environment. It is in this way that we ensure our clients are not only able to visualize their future, but are able to achieve it.
